The golf course was designed by Folco Nardi and opened in 1990. It is an 18 hole, par 71, soft spikes only course, winding 5113m around the natural contours of the valley, with lush fairways, well maintained greens and beautiful sea views to enjoy. |

It is flatter than first appearances suggest but some of the greens are elevated, so the use of a buggy is recommended. Recent major repairs vastly improved the course and the three lakes now effect the 5th and 6th, where the tee shots must clear the water, the 12th where fairway is split in half by the lake and the 18th, which incorporates a moat around the green.
The Miraflores Golf Academy is unique on the Costa del Sol because its facilities include fully illuminated and covered driving range, putting green, bunkers and mini-golf…so you can play and practice here into the cool dark of the evenings…a very pleasant option during the heat of the summer.
Spikes Bar provides refreshments and light snacks at competitive local Spanish prices from the terrace and the restaurant serves delicious gourmet meals and also puts on entertainment 4 nights a week for members and visitors alike, making Miraflores an ideal family venue.
